Sharon and her team are consistently kind, supportive, and encouraging, not only to the children they care for but to parents as well. The activities are well structured, thoughtfully designed, and wonderfully creative. They work hard to keep things engaging and relevant, aligning learning with meaningful events such as Remembrance Day and encouraging the children to think beyond themselves by exploring other cultures.

As a parent, I feel very happy and confident in both the academic and emotional environment offered by Ladybirds. I felt my older son was well prepared for school by attending the setting and his transition has gone well there. Sharon and her team always take the time to listen to any concerns I have or questions and write in-depth reports weekly on their development activities, which I love reading.
