To encourage good two way communication between Ladybird key workers and parents (through information sharing at the beginning/end of the day, Tapestry updates, emails, newsletters, leaflets, and more.)

To continue to update and use effectively the resources and facilities we have in setting.

To keep abreast of Early Years Developments and implement them whereever necessary.

To make sure staff keep up to date with training, courses and new suggestions for Early Years Settings.​
